V5 socks are made using the highest quality fibers. For best results and to prolong the life of your V5 socks we recommend that you wash socks inside out.
We also recommend you:
• Wash dark colours separately.
• Do not use fabric conditioner.
• 30° wool cycle.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron.
• Do not Tumble dry.
• Do not dry clean.
Delivery charges are dependent upon your location and how quickly you require delivery. Each order will attract it’s own individual shipping charge that will be clearly indicated before checkout.
You can use any of the cards listed below to pay for your order;
Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. Paypal
We take security very seriously so you can rest assure when you enter any of your details they’ll be safe with us.
In the unexpected event we are unable to send all of the items you have ordered, we will send you an email if any items are not available from your order, so please check your mailbox. Some details may also be printed on your despatch note.
We will refund any payment taken for items not sent.
If you have not received an email from us or if there is no information on your despatch note, please contact our Customer Care team in Email: firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
With pleasure! You can use different billing and delivery addresses for your order.
On the bottom of Billing Details page tick the box ‘’ and it will allow you to enter a different billing address there.
If you have been issued with a coupon or promotional code simply enter the detail at the top of the checkout page.
- Once an order’s been completed we unable to change your delivery address.
You may cancel any order free of charge and without giving us any reason, provided it has not yet been shipped. We begin processing orders immediately via our online shop. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately (see “Contact Us”). If successful we will send you an email confirmation. If the product has been despatched, you will need to return to us in its original packaging, and in an unused form. You may have to meet any return shipping costs.
If, for any reason, you wish to return a product and receive arefund (you have a 7 day period), please get in touch via email to email@example.com stating your reason for return. We will give you instructions on how best to return the product to us. Please note, that depending on the reason, you may be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us, and that the product should be returned using a ‘signed for’ tracking service. You are responsible for the product until it has been received, in good condition by DNA Athletic Limited.
We will look to issue a full refund within 7 days via the original method of payment on valid returns.
